Whose image is on You?
To the trickery of men and their question to Him – Is it lawful to give tribute to Ceaser or not?, Jesus’s response was one that would have anyone stand in Awe of Him : Why tempt me, bring me a penny that I may see it – Whose is this image and superscription? – They said to Him, Ceaser’s. And Jesus answered and said : Render to Ceaser the things that are Ceaser’s and to God the things that are God’s!!!! As mentioned earlier, by the Lord’s prompting, I have been reading all the 18th chapters of the books of the Bible and yesterday it was the turn to read Jeremiah 18. And the bible reads that the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah saying, Arise and go down to the Potter’s house and there I will announce My words to you! The subsequent verses are as below: Jer 18:3 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something on the wheel. Jer 18:4 But the vessel that he was making of clay was spoiled in the hand of the potter; so he remade it into another vessel, as it pleased the potter to make. Are you an Artic Tern?
The Artic Tern bird flies miles from where they are and migrate to distant lands to survive the cold and feed on food to keep them going & also to raise up the new generation of little ones. After hatching their young ones, these Adult Artic Tern birds leave thier little ones where they are and fly back to their homeland where they orginally came from. Scientists are trying to crack to code on “How these little birds without their adult parent birds, are able to fly back to the same place where their parents are without any guidance”? While they are trying to decipher this code, it is interesting that the Scriptures have the answer given long ago and is interesting to read this in the book of Jeremiah, chapter 8 and verse 7, which reads ” Even the stork in the sky knows her seasons; And the turtledove and the swift and the thrush observe the time of their migration; But My people do not know The ordinance of The LORD.” God has built into that bird, something in their DNA, for them to know the “time of their migration”. Do we as created beings of the Father, have this in us, as part of our DNA to depend on our Heavenly Father to guide us back to our “actual destination & purpose in life?”
